Laptops don't have a maximum performance mode

 Notebooks don't have a high-performance mode

The laptop doesn't have a high-performance mode, which may be due to system compatibility issues or power settings issues. Here are some suggestions to fix this:

1. Install the original Windows operating system and avoid using the Ghost version of the operating system, because most of these operating systems are streamlined systems, and the stability and compatibility are very poor.

2. Click on the battery icon in the taskbar, drag the power progress bar all the way to the right, and select "Best Performance" mode.

3. Create and use a high-performance power plan, which can make the opening/loading of software, especially large software, more responsive.

4. Check the graphics card settings, e.g. AMD graphics cards can be set to "Maximize Performance".

5. If the above methods still do not solve the problem, you can consider reinstalling the operating system, gradually installing drivers, patches, and software, finding out the inappropriate software and avoiding installation.

Note that the "Best Performance" mode is only noticeable for computers with Intel processors, not much for computers with AMD processors.
