How to set the page number of a Word document to the format of "how many pages/how many pages"?

1. Open a Word document that needs to insert page numbers, click [Insert], and click [Page Number] - [Low End of Page] - [Normal Number 2] in the "Header and Footer" column, then the page number will be inserted into the document.

2. Enter the text [Page 1, Total Pages] before and after the number of pages in the footer, keep the page number number unchanged, then position the cursor between the words "Total" and "Page", then click [Header and Footer Tools/Design], and click [Document Part] - [Field] in the "Insert" column to pop up the "Field" dialog box.

3. Set the parameters (1) and (2) in the "Field" dialog box that pops up, and then click [OK], then the total number of pages of the document is inserted between the page number "Total" and "Pages".

4. After the settings are completed, and then click [Header and Footer Tools/Design] - [Close Header and Footer], then the page number of the whole document will be changed to the format of "Page of Page, Number of Pages", and it will be automatically updated with the number of pages.
