 AD82088 pin function

The pin function of the AD82088 is similar to that of the 8086, with the following differences:

1. The AD7~AD0 of 8088 is the address and data time-sharing multiplexing, and the AD8~AD15 is only used for the output address signal. For sixteen-bit operation, the 8088 requires two data bus cycles, while the 8086 requires only one.

2. The M/I0 non-pin of the 8086 outputs high when accessing memory and low when accessing the interface. The 8088's IO/M non-pin is the opposite.

3. The 8088 has no BHE non-/s7 signal, i.e. pin 34. This pin is the SS0 status signal line.

4. The instruction prefetch queue for 8088 is 4 bytes, while 8086 is 6 bytes.
