When a call comes, the Bluetooth headset and the phone ring together

When a call comes in, the Bluetooth headset rings with the phone may be due to the following reasons:

1. The mobile phone transmits the voice signal to the Bluetooth headset for amplification and playback. Before answering the call or during a call, the mobile phone will send the call information to the connected Bluetooth device, and the mobile phone and Bluetooth headset will ring at the same time.

2. There is a feature on some specific models of smartphones called "Ring Sync". This feature allows you to keep the ringtone ringing while using your Bluetooth headphones.

3. In some cases, your phone may be set to "Audio On" by default, so that when you answer an incoming call, the ringtone will play through both your phone and Bluetooth headphones.

To fix this, you can try the following steps:

 1. Open your phone's settings and go to the Bluetooth Settings page.

2. Find the connected Bluetooth headset and tap the "Settings" button on the right side.

3. In the pop-up window, find "Audio" and change it to "Media Volume Only".

When you change the settings in this way, when you receive an incoming call, only the Bluetooth headset will play the ringtone, but the phone will not play.
